It might happen. Like with Rihanna, they released Only Girl in the UK on October 25th, and What's My Name? got sent to radio in the US on October 26th.
Her label should release a remix EP, that will bounch the song a bit back up, and she will also chance to get a good position on the dance charts with it, and she needs promo, pronto. and the video will also help
