That said, I think he had to have been being sarcastic. He went on a rant when he learned Madonna was being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame because he considers her a disco/dance act. Him and his band basically throwed similar shade at Patti Smith, Blondie, anybody in pop music and without a penis... He probably thought the Hall should have stopped inductions after putting his greasy hair in. If he's in, IDK. He also had a fit about Madonna performing at the Super Bowl.
I don't think you guys are reading this right because he has said the opposite about both of those girls in the past.
