Did Bey steal your liddo sister or something?
She's in a good place with high income now.
Don't worry.

Of course not.
It's Britney Spears.
And it's not even debatable.

Beyoncé has the combination of commercial success, actual talent, critical acclaim and a reputable personal life.
Anyone voting Brit can only claim one of those.

And only two of those things actually have anything to do with the question the OP asked.

The OP stated 'successful'.
Or is your opinion of success so narrow it only includes sales?

Albums
Britney
10.5 million, "…Baby One More Time," 1999
9.2 million, "Oops!...I Did It Again," 2000
4.4 million, "Britney," 2001
3 million, "In the Zone," 2003
1.7 million, "Circus," 2008
1.4 million, "Greatest Hits: "My Prerogative," 2004
1 million, "Blackout," 2007
755,000, "Femme Fatale," 2011
209,000, "The Singles Collection," 2009
131,000, "B in the Mix: The Remixes," 2005
24,000, "B in the Mix: The Remixes: Vol. 2," 2011
U.S. total 32.5 million. That makes her the 16th-best-selling album artist since the advent of SoundScan data in 1991.
Beyonce:
- Dangerously In Love: 4.8 million
- B'Day: 3.3 million
- I Am...Sasha Fierce: 3 million
- 4: 1.25 million
US. total 12.35.
Metacritic
Beyonce: 67
Highest score 73
Britney: 64
Highest score: 72
Grammys
Beyonce: 16
Briney: 1
Britney has more than doubled beyonce's solo album sales. While Beyonce has crushed Britney in grammy wins. Their career average on metacritic is only 3 points apart though and their highest scores are only 1 point apart. Metacritic is a better representation of critical acclaim than the grammys since it averages together the scores of a variety of critics. So basically beyonce doesn't have very much more critical acclaim than britney, while britney has much more commercial sucess.

Talent: subjective
Reputable personal life: nothing to do with being "successful" and also somewhat subjective.
And if you read my post, I said "two" things, both which the OP talked about, commercial success, and critical acclaim.

Right, so we've done commercial success and critical acclaim.
Now bring me talent receipts (no more than 2 years old) and personal life.
I'm waiting.

I'm sorry but I think that a 15 grammy difference is a huge representation of critical acclaim. Grammy's aren't just for albums as wholes (like Mediacritic) but also for things like Vocal Performance, Songwriting, Production, etc.

But Britney peaked at her debut. Beyonce is more consistant. There is a reason why she is more certified and why Billboard named her female artist of the decade with 3 albums.
Most critically acclaimed female (popular) acts of the 00's.
1 (10) M.I.A.
2 (20) Missy Elliott
3 (35) Amy Winehouse
4 (48) Beyoncé
5 (55) Björk
6 (80) Madonna
7 (82) Kylie Minogue.
Britney is not more acclaimed.

It's a huge difference in ONE measure of critical acclaim. But when it comes to critical acclaim as a whole, they aren't that far apart.
