I can't see that happening as I'm sure this song will be the last new stuff we hear from Adele for 3-4 years. She's got more important things to do right now and it's not like she'll ever need the money, is it?
Time will tell but I guess given the fact that she's demonstrated touring and promoting are far less important factors in her success than they are to the other girls she could conceivably release an album in 18 months, stay at home in Brighton with her family and clean up in the world of music again.
