I don't make excuses I jsut think it is unfair to label everything on pushbacks, while some of those were not even official dates, especially since will.i.am was also busy with other stuff beside #willpower this year

So as of now, will.i.am's new album #willpower is set for a Early 2013 release. Can't wait to hear it, T.H.E & This Is Love were FLAWLESS. Haven't heard Scream & Shout, but with Britney, it'll be a hit!
