This is a weird chidren show from the noggin channel called "Oobie" & yes Oobie is a hand so is the rest of his family

12 Oz Mouse is brilliant.

it is insanely odd and weird, but it's a show that you have to watch from the beginning to the end to know what the **** is going on. it's very David Lynch-ian.
