- A good bed: Sleep well helps a lot in how you're gonna be in the next day/hours, you're gonna be in a good mood and in that case it will help you to be patient

- An iPod or any Music Player: Listening to music is a good hobby and a good action to do, more when you have to wait a long long long time in some places, it's gonna be entretaining and it will feel like the time pass, pass and pass with not feeling it

- Pure Air: Breathe contributes to calm down if you're out of control and you can't handle some situation

- Esteem: Even with the hardest situations and moment, life gives you to handle and keep holding on, you have to feel good with yourself with all your positive and well features.. Have good friends that can give you a hand when you need it, too..

- Stress Stuff: It exists a lot of instruments to fight against the stress, stress is not good for patient persons

- Open Mind: Respect the others' opinions, likes, thoughts, etc.. This gonna makes you a better and patient person
