I know, seriously, its because of ilegal file sharing

i do think we have to split up albums released before and after 2004!....some albums sales (at least in pop) cannot be compared, just look at nelly for example, her album loose is HUGELY more popular and have bigger hits than "whoa, nelly", that sold 6 millions, "loose" will pass it, but it gonna take some months still....pink and evanescence is other big examples!

What happen to sales, is it just me or is music awfully doing really bad, people need to stop being cheap and buy a cd for once, Gosh, it sucks when I hear my friends say"I don't want to waste $15 for a cd", but then I see them waste their money on potato chips and junk food, it's pretty sad, I don't think anything can save music now...but I still have my hopes up, CHEERS FOR BRITNEY!

Sales are just soooo lame!!...Justin is pretty doing impressive considering the low sales decline as of recent..he's at 3million plus..really good...I expected Fergie to have at least gone double platinum by now..Her album has been in the top 20 for ages..its ridiculous that she hasn't reached 2million..Christina Aguilera has sold about 1.5million now and thats mighty impressive considering the price of her CD and the fact that she's doing something so far left..She's even at the same pace as Nelly Furtado who's LOOSE album came out months before Christina's album..Glad for Pink rebounding after a year plus!!..OMG!!..What the hellz going on with Ciara's Evolution? it seems to be stalling like crazy..Gwen is doing really good..Robin Thicke is still doing good..a pleasant surprise..I am also happy for Lloyd..i want his album to keep going back up..its really good..But seriously sales have really diminished..

Hilary Duff albums don't flop buddy..Just take it as it is..This album is gonna do well..just like her other albums..

hilary duff and paul wall seems to be biggest drops, but it´s too early to say anything for sure...justin has sold alot already, but this week is not really impressive for him at all

I want FS/LS to stay in the top 20 for a whole year like Evanescence's Fallen... he still has like 22 weeks to go hahaa

I don't think thats gonna happen though..First of all, sales are way more pathetic than three years ago and FS/LS isn't that spectacular of an album..The reason why Fallen was always in the top 20 was just its massive appeal and thats something Justin's album just doesn't have fully..

i dobt any album after nickelback and carrie´s will reach 6 millions in US anymore....

^interesting, i wonder how big percentage of the album sales that are digital!

OMG, sales have yet to pick up it seems....the stupid NOW 24 is the only one doing ok...
