I just got off the bus on Friday the 13th, and I was walking home by myself. Although I'm not superstitious, I saw a black cat in a driveway. A few seconds later, as soon as it stared at me, I felt a chill down my spine. I began to walk faster than I had originally been walking. I was freaked out the whole walk home.

Also,my chorus teacher said that a mirror was broken two classes before mine on Friday the 13th...lol

The world is a very uncommon place, there's supersticions everywhere, it never had occured to me, but spirits in my opinion exist, if they want to cause you misery then they will do so, but if they want to help you out, then there's no problem in accepting, believing in friday the 13th and breaking mirros is just a gut in false. It's a date with a name and with moments.......It's a myth, but if you believe I'm not stoping you...

i use superstition to my advantage.....for example if i use a bowl and some utensils and i put them in the sink and i dont wash them my mom will come to me and say something like "mike aren't you supposed to wash your dishes after you use them?" and i'd say something like "oh thats just superstition".....and then my mom would have a mean look on her face

Wait, I'm actually a bit superstitious when I'm nervous or something. Like in track meets, before I participate in a race, if I find any nickels or pennies heads up on the ground, I pick it up.
