As a lot of people said before this, the ticket selling company in Paraguay isn't aiming for an exact number of tickets to sell because the venue is an open air zone so they can count it as a sold out show no matter how many tickets they will sell, pretending that the number of people that attended the concert was equal to the number of tickets sold. As I said, they don't try to sell all 80k tickets, because it's definitely impossible to sell such a massive number of tickets in 2 months so I'm sure that they won't even put more than 30k tickets on sale, but even if 20, 30, 40 or even 50k people from the maximum number of 80k people which can fit in the venue is still impressive because we can also consider the fact that in the end, when the tour will be over, we will have a bigger attendance and a little bigger gross, only with this show.
She's not even going to sell all those 90k tickets in Brazil, which is such a massive country, so I'm expecting her to sell around 20-30k tickets in Paraguay, but that's still ok.
