Pocahontas was a Native American, who most likely didn't read, or didn't know how to, she was not educated. Native Americans were of course very knowledgeable in other areas. In addition, the portrayal of Pocahontas in the Disney movie was horribly inaccurate and historically untrue. Mulan was set during the Han Dynasty, and any well-informed person would know that women in China during that time were not well educated. Their main goal was to get married, they were the property of their husbands, their sole purpose was to be a servant to him and bear his children (preferably a male heir). Of course, if you were a poor women during those times, you would most likely have some sort of job and etc. Mulan (the character) was not poor. Your argument is invalid
