People on this forum make drama out of anything... he just stated a fact that she didn't dance as well as she normally does because of how she was dressed. He praised her for dancing well if anything for how she was dressed.
He's saying that her skirt was so tight and her heels were so high that she couldn't dance AS WELL as she usually does. If anything he's praising her dancing skills.
