The singles certifications are completely inflated here; for example, Je l'Aime A Mourir by Shakira sold 200k (it was a big hit here, the #5th biggest hit of the year)... and it's only eligible for the Gold certification.
The albums certifications should be the same as the singles ones: 50k Gold, 100k Platinum, 500k Diamond.

That weekend cume beat the record for the all-time September opening (shattering Sweet Home Alabama‘s decade-ago $35.6M though not adjusted for inflation or higher ticket prices or 3D’s premium).
