He was leading police in a high speed chase, so the news had a helicopter camera following the chase. They didn't know he'd pull over and shoot himself.

You couldn't really tell, like we as adults knew what it was but I don't think kids would understand. Kinda just looks like he fell out.

Thats why they give you five seconds to switch haha just kidding, but five seconds is long if you count it out plus this happens a lot especially on major news networks that show all kinds of war, stand offs and stuff which is why they have it. They said that in chases as soon as the person gets out of the car its standard to go to a delay because the risk of them killing themselves is high or a cop shooting them.

Part of me isn't so surprised this happen to FOX, they already have a pretty bad reputation, this certainly wont help.

It's not their fault. You can't blame them for airing news. They cut away from it pretty fast.

With a 5 second delay they could have easily cut that off. Whoever messed up is getting fired
