if you brought your tickets through ticketmaster you can call them up and return them and they will put the money toward the ticket you want !

Idk, I went to the webpage for the actual stadium (Toyota Center) and ordered them there. Never had to deal with a third party (except for Flash Seats afterwards so it's all done electronically and I don't need a physical ticket.)
