In this case I think they're perfectly entitled to feel angry and post on the page. Blackground already have a dreadful reputation in the industry with the whole Timbaland issue and now this. What they have done over the past 6 years has been completely unethical and they have completely screwed over her entire career. Do you really expect the fans to continue to wait quietly and politely?

I recall JoJo saying over 100 songs, not 200-300 songs so not sure where you're getting that from. A label that doesn't have a lot of artists needs to sell, and songs like Disaster wouldn't help sell an album. Hence why JoJo said herself the label wanted her to do more dance/club songs. So how do people know that all the songs she recorded were different genres? We don't. Everyone is assuming.

She said "literally hundreds" in that Soul Culture interview:
“I’ve been working on this third album for the past six years so it’s taken on different forms. I’ve literally recorded hundreds of songs. Like I’ve said before, this is not me being a mad scientist in the studio trying to cook up a masterpiece that’s taken me six years. It’s not my doing. I would have already released several albums if it was up to me.”
She was already talking about having recorded over a hundred songs around 2009/2010 when the record situation was first brought to light. She hasn't stopped recording at anytime throughout this period, so it's logical that there would be hundreds by now.
And she has said countless times that the sound and direction changed. There have been three different title changes and each time she has said the genre/direction had changed with the titles. And within them she has constantly spoken about the sound evolving -- teen pop-y, Neo-Soul/RnB/Pop, dance-pop, "infused pop", to "pop with an anger management problem", then it wasn't angry and curently the album will be RnB/Hip Hop.

JoJo is a forgotten act so why would the label want her to compete with known name sin the industry. That being the case, you more than likely aren't getting an album until next year after all the big names (Rihanna, Brandy, Mariah, Christina, etc) release their albums. If JoJo released her album the same time as then, she wouldn't chart in the top 40.

No one saying they have to release it
right now on September the 28th 2012. Most fans simply just want the label to put together a proper release plan so she can be successful. Despite the poor single choice and the weird release/adds date, Blackground looked like they finally got their **** together for Disaster and it clearly had the potential to be a moderate hit and a nice re-introduction for her. But the label didn't bother with any proper promo, the song fell and it was a waste of time and money on their part.
And again, Demonstrate had a great reception when premièred. Had they immediately sent it for Urban and Rythmic adds, put it on itunes and then sent her off for promo, there's no doubt it could've been a big Urban hit. Hell, considering they're working with Drake on the Aaliyah project and Demonstrate is produced by Drake's producer and best friend, if Blackground really cared they would have facilitated some kind of Drake feature on that or another track which would've been huge for her. But they don't care.
