It sounds like it will be part live, but not fully. Can't wait! One of if not the best song/vocal of the year. The video won't take away anything from the song.

It says around and during the band's live show, so it might be not be just live footage...

To speak my truth: I'm really fused into this band as a fan, and at this point, I can easily like anything these guys put out. They could probably do a live-performance video and I'd love it. They could also do something that's not half-ass but an eighth-of-an-ass, and I'd probably still like it. They could do the video in a sewer, and I might eventually like it. It's just hardcore-fandom nature.
I 've had this same attitude for my other favorite artists. - (Green Day, Kelly Clarkson, Blink 182, etc.)

But their CD is doing really well, so they ought to be using some real money for a good video. Yet considering the nature of this song, unlike what we saw with RHCP's Snow (Hey Oh), I think a live-performance video would be acceptable.
