It's sad that songs written by Sia have been rejected by Kelly's camp and terribly written songs like "Einstein" made it through.

I think Toby Gad weasled his way into that one Kelly was already in the studio with him for The War is Over and he kept pushing Kelly to record Einstein even after she said it sounded a little too juvenile

Kelly probably never knew Sia submitted songs... if she in fact ever did. There's a lot of red tape with things like this, especially with RCA.
