Funnily enough, most of my faves ARE rock artists...
Besides the ones in my sig, I'm also a fan of The Offspring, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, the White Stripes, Metallica, Tenacious D and Gorillaz. Among others.
My favorite bands are Arctic Monkeys, Minus The Bear, We Are Scientists, Vampire Weekend, The Last Shadow Puppets, Hollywood Undead, Coldplay, and Maroon 5.

Bohemian Rhapsody is definitelly rock, its a rock anthem
Grunge is a subgenre of alternative rock, and alternative in most cases refers to alternative rock, when its not stated otherwise (in Gotyes case its alternative rock). Like A Rolling Stone is folk rock and some call it the first real rock song
