Regular. I know it has lots of sugar, but I prefer sugar which is a natural substance rather than those artificial edulcorants they put in order to make the coke taste better. I've even heard that some of them are carcinogenic.

Regular, I drink water 95% of the time so having a regular soda isn't bad.
Diet soda is nasty anyways.
