Why does ATRL always have the same theme and never change it?
There are many different themes you can choose from.
Either in your profile settings you can change this, or at the bottom of every page there are very tiny coloured buttons that all represent a theme. When you click on those it will change to that theme.

I swear I was not trying to shade Xtina.
I don't even see how it can be considered shade when the thread had absolutely nothing to do with her.
Can I open up a thread showcasing my graphics and take requests from other people?
Current rules state it has to be a blog. The Art & Design filter description:
"Post tutorials, helpful resources, inspiration, design competitions and discussion. If you want to make a thread dedicated to your own work, use your blog!"
That's not my warning. If you want this reviewed I'd suggest you make a help request.
Asking this here usually only works if the mod who gave the warning is still online and sees it.
A help request is more reliable, you'll get an answer for sure
