I was a massive September fan during In Orbit after hearing Satellites. The record was stellar and had about 3 mediocre songs. On the strength of In Orbit I bought her self titled debut album (working backwards) and not expecting it to be as good, but actually it was amazing .
Album three, Dancing shoes had about five great tracks and her voice turned a little annoying. Petra had a gorgeous soulful, sad and beautiful voice over dance records and it changed into something else. Her voice is different on both September and In Orbit, but she still sounds good. By album four her lovely voice was gone (imo). Heat is Rising is a good song on CPR but would have been epic sung in old September style.

I still like September, but lost love for her new vocals.
