Lana was always inconsistent when it comes to vocal performances, but months and months ago her voice was stronger and more consistent. I can put many old performances and compare it to these recent ones, and y'all would see the difference.

These days her voice seems weaker and she easily stays breathless. I've been noticing this for last few shows she did.

She's a smoker, but then again her tour/festivals schedule was crazy, so i don't know what's the real reason. But something's going on with her voice. And yeah, it's really got me worried.

Compare these to iTunes festival.

I completely agree with you Sammi. I think she fails to reach high notes far more consistently these days, and basically just skips them. It was most noticeable in the Blue Jeans (compared to FM98.7 for example). It could be smoking, it could be her hectic schedule leaving no time to practice, it could be not taking care of her voice, or most worrisome something medical. She should be completely aware of that and should be addressing it ASAP. In fact if there is one thing that bugs me about her is her lack of adequate preparation for live shows, the lack of backing singers being the most glaring one. I just can't figure out why. I also wish she had performed one of the new songs, even Blue Velvet would have been nice.

I think she did fine, the only song she "messed up" a lot was Video Games and that's because she was so emotional with all those fans there I think.

Most importantly, she needs to stop performing her songs ACOUSTICALLY.

She needs a full band. I want that epic feel and instrumental in the live show as well.

Yeah. If her voice stays being in this condition, she shouldn't be thinking of doing any TV promo, especially for 'Ride', which is going to be hard to pull off live. And yeah, she needs backing singers. But like you say, whatever is going on with her, she should try take care of it ASAP, because it can get worse.
