I don't know what's the girl's perception about the world crazy in this context, but all I see in this video is a piano and an amazing breathtaking live performance
Perhaps she just said that because the moment itself is a little bit crazy, but this is clear human affection and not some stupid publicity stunt. Which other popstar would do this? Only Gaga, because she is just too crazy for everyone.
