Also, Past Lives is definitely Past Life / Make You Mine.

A few things to pull out from the Ryan Interview:
- The record was inspired by the magic of life
- Her spirit trip gave her new inspiration
- Past Lives was inspired by when she was hypnotized and went into a past life experience. It's about how you can recognize people / think you know people by looking in their eyes.
- Supernatural is about experiences with supernatural in a sexy way
- A lot of ballads
- Love into the Light was written by herself, at her piano in Nashville, in a couple of minutes. Lyrics are "I know we're all different, but baby that's why, all the differences, they make me feel alive." About loving each other. Said a million times, but can't be said enough.
- Recorded some songs while soaking in the tub
- No Rihanna collaboration
- 'To my Animals, thanks so much for being patient, I know you guys have waited for a long time'
- 'My new song is about being young at heart no matter how old we get'
This basically proves Past Lives is indeed Make You Mine. "We were lovers in a past life, I can see it in your brown eyes."

Many ballads? Don't know what to think about that, I prefer happy songs.

It’s been two years since Ke$ha released her breakout album Animal and now she’s back on the scene with her new single “Die Young.”
Her record label went to great lengths to keep the track under wraps, in fact, even Ke$ha herself didn’t know what the final product sounded like until very recently!
“They just gave me a copy because I’ve been hacked so many times, so I didn’t even have a copy of my single that’s coming out today!” she told Carson Daly this morning.
But now that “Die Young” has made its official debut, she couldn’t be more excited.
“It’s kind of an anthem. It’s a celebration song, which I’m obviously known for writing those, but this one, the concept of it was to live each and every single day like it’s your last and to always remain having a youthful spirit no matter how old I get.”
Ke$ha is famous for her use of Auto-Tune, but her producer Dr. Luke told Billboard that she’s focusing more on real singing this time around. So naturally, Carson wanted to know what she actually sounds like without all the studio tricks. He put her on the spot this morning.
“I can sing like a motherf***er! You’re going to hear that because I’m also doing this acoustic EP for my fans. Some of the old songs and the new songs…I just woke up and I have a cold. You’re an ass****! But, what do you want to hear?”
Even though she resisted at first, she pulled it off, singing the chorus of her latest single, “Die Young.”
The 25-year-old Los Angeles native describes her latest album as “a mix of a lot of different things” and while she’s experimenting with a new sound, Warrior will still sound like the Ke$ha we all know.
“This record, we took a while making it, but it’s because I write every song and I really wanted it to be an evolution but also stay true to what my fans love. So, there is like some silly white girl rapping and there is fun music that’s super dance-y, but I also really wanted to push my own boundaries and I wanted my fans to get to know me better. I feel like there was kind of a one-sided perception of me in the world, which is partially due to me just singing about getting f***ed up all the time, but I just wanted my fans to kind of see all sides of me.”
One of those sides she’s tapping into? The supernatural. Ke$ha described her most recent ghost encounter, which went down in a San Francisco elevator.
“I was like kind of talking s*** to the ghost and apparently it didn’t think it was very funny,” she explained. “Like the elevator went completely haywire! It like shot from the top floor to the bottom floor like way faster than any elevator is actually supposed to move and I’m sitting there like laughing so hard and I’m like peeing in my pants and my friend is crying corner and then finally it just stopped like after two minutes.”
Ke$ha collaborated with several big names on Warrior including will.i.am, Fun.’s Nate Ruess, Ben Folds, The Black Keys’ drummer Patrick Carney, The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne, and one of her personal idols, Iggy Pop.
“He’s like a god to me and I couldn’t even believe he would get in the same room with me…On the song I did with Iggy Pop, I was just screaming about sex. It’s really fun.”
Nevertheless, Ke$ha love life isn’t as wild as her music would suggest.
“You know, unfortunately, it’s been a bit of a dry spell, but I’ve trapped in the studio with a bunch of old dudes!”
And it’s not because she’s picky. When Carson asked if she’s into girls, she coyly replied, “Um, I love everybody.”
Warrior goes on sale December 4th. Listen to the rest of Carson’s interview with Ke$ha below!

She collaborated with Will.I.Am? I Hope he isn't listed as an official featuring or that the song didn't make the album
She did 2 songs with Iggy Pop

How do you know she did two songs with Iggy Pop?
The feature guests aren't revealed yet, but most of those people won't be listed in the tracklist.
