One spelling mistake wouldn't bother me too much personally. However, I do find the way that many people write on here to be quite annoying. Like many people, I tend to read quite quickly and I am used to reading books, magazines, newspapers etc., where the spelling is always correct. I don't have to read every single word in a sentence, I can just look at it and understand the meaning. But when people misspell things like saying "u r" instead of "you are" it takes me longer to read because my mind does not automatically understand the misspelling. I have to slow down how I normally read and do it word by word. It's slow and extremely annoying. The person writing it may be saved about 2 seconds by not spelling correctly, but if it takes me twice as long to understand something, I am just not interested in reading it. If people want to get answers to their questions they should do the considerate thing and make sure they are easily understood.
