What does this mean for Blue Note?

Its a little scary how consolidated these labels have gotten recently.

For right now the labels that were part of EMI will now be part of Universal. Later on they may change or dispose of them. The amount of money they make/spend will dictate that. So for the time being Capitol will run the same under Universal until stated.
