Dignity is full of fillers it's worst Hilary's album. Can't Be Tamed not the best of Miley's albums (her voice just dosen't fit this genre of music) still better than Dignity.
WOMY, Liberty Walk, Permanent December, Robot, Stay, ERHIT > Dignity existence.
Still love Hilary though.
