Well for one, charting isn't everything. Yes, Judas did chart at #10 and fell out eventually but the song went on to sell more than a lot of songs that peaked higher. Some songs do really well because of radio play, not necessarily because of sales.

I don't really consider it that big of a flop.
Marry the Night on the other hand did flop and the fact that it was released near the holidays didn't help its case either.
