Since NHB is closed, perhaps lowering the "Insult" to one point should be considered. Similar to how "Flamebait" is one point, but if a member continues, then it becomes "Trolling" with a two-point penalty. Perhaps "Insult" and "Fighting" should be the mirror image of "Flamebait" and "Trolling." Throw an insult -- one point. If insults continue -- two points for "Fighting."
