It took Blow a full week to get top 10.
Let the sooner than later classic have some time to grow.

That's because it leaked early and they didn't advance the Itunes promo.

It's okay. Xtina's no longer the current biggest pop star and you still expect her to sell Gaga-type of numbers. Her performance for YB with hardly promo AND NO ITUNES BANNER is remarkable for someone tagged as "floptina". And don't act like P!nk shot up to the top on her first week on iTunes, wasn't it on the 30s when it stalled, but look at where it is now, a certified smash hit. I am not saying the same thing will happen with YB but given it steady and increasing radio airplay and promo coming up, don't talk too soon girls!
Anyway, here's what can break your floptina dreams:
- upcoming The Voice performance
- music video next week
- promo Leno (Sept 28), Chelsey (Ocotober 18) -- more to be added
- new Billboard magazine cover

Because it's not the first single
I can see Xtina will be out of top 10 next week if she doesn't do any promo

The no promo excuse is so sad and depressing. Britney and Kesha could release songs without a whisper and they'd shoot to #1, and they've either been around for a decade or aren't even seen as a serious pop force. I'm sorry Christina isn't on the same level, but this performance is not impressive. It's disastrous for a comeback single so carefully produced by Max Martin by an artist some would claim is competition for Britney Spears and released with the help of her TV career. It is truly a terrible and disappointing opening, and we'll see if that changes. I doubt radio will support this for more than a month, though.
Jason Mraz can sell more copies opening week.

Looks like it'll be out of the top 10 soon. Interesting to see how hard it falls once it looses front page exposure.

you are missing my point, point is Chrisitna's no longer at her prime, if this was 2003-2006, you know she'd butcher the hell out of competition, that's why I am saying, for her current caliber, she's doing alright (not great), but let her have her time to comeback, and YB is far from over, don't speak too soon. The aces are not yet laid.
