Her rep's explanation sounds plausible. I doubt she is homophobic.
her reps are just doing damage control. They had no idea that she was being recorded. She may publicly support gays, but it's clearly not what she REALLY feels.
As much as I don't like her, I think it was taken out of context.
I mean, look at her life, look at the people she hangs out with, and how she acts.

I think I remember her saying somewhere that if she got pregnant with a boy she would want him to be gay, and remember all the gays on Paris Hiltons BFF? From what I know of her- she is definitely not homophobic.
