"Hey Ya!" is by far Outkast's biggest hit, and while more "Pop" than Hip-Hop still contains enough elements to receive votes and a place on this list. It was a worldwide hit, and one of the most critically acclaimed songs of its decade.

"Big Pimpin" by Jay-Z is mostly known for UGK's guest appearance and Timbaland's production. It was the most successful single from Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter peaking at #18. Katy Perry covered it live, apparently.

Oops, my bad, that's my scenario
No I can't f*ck a scary ho

"Mo Money Mo Problems" was the second single off of the Notorious B.I.G.'s second album, Life After Death. It was a posthumous #1. The song samples Diana Ross's "I'm Coming Out."
Standout Lyrics:
Quote:
Federal agents mad cause I'm flagrant
Tap my cell, and the phone in the basement
