It doesn't matter. You know that bringing specific stan issues in here will only create stan arguments. Use your discretion--yes, this thread should be used for report/warning disputes. We want that! But there's a line where you're just arguing about the topic that resulted in your being warned in the first place instead of discussing the warning itself.

But I was discussing the warning which is the only reason it was brought up in the first place. There is no argument because I stated nothing but factual information that can be backed up by receipts. So am a bit confused how me discussing something regarding my warning point is at the same time off topic when it comes to my warning point. Sounds a BIT like nonsense.

Most (good) arguments consist of factual information.
To answer your question: saying Rihanna "was the most forgettable part about it" in a thread about Rihanna's performances is obvious flamebait.

Of my short time on this website, I have made a striking observation. It seems like people here who "drag" Beyoncé frequently, uses racial undertones in there insults.
I seriously believe that members here hate the fact that she is a black woman who has class, money, and phenomenal talent. That pill is just too big for them to swallow. I have yet to see a member who is known for being shady to her, not mention race somewhere on this forum. And while I don't "stans" for her, or anyone, and I'm not even black, I think it is pretty ridiculous and shows the social issues rooting in some of people.
While one the other hand, the people known for "stanning" for her seem to be all or mostly black, from what I see, so that makes the mess even worse when the race issues are addressed here, regarding Beyoncé.

Perhaps you're right--maybe it was on topic in a broader sense.
But it was still flamebait. You can't tell me you don't think an argument would've easily come from that. It was more of a preemptive warning than anything... instead of being shady and "asking" the person that reported you if they agree with the comments that they disagreed with before by presenting your opinions as if they're facts, just say "I think this [x] is true, I wasn't trying to troll you, and I hope you can understand." I think you could've ended up with 0 points that way. Diplomacy and such.
That said. Policing this thread is pretty new for me and nobody else has been using it for too much longer. I'll reverse the point because I'm nice. Just don't bring the stan war in here again.

Honestly, the mods/administrators or whoever the hell allows this **** should be ashamed. Tbh, if you're gonna allow it you might as well unban the trolls because it's just gonna rake more of them in. The racist a.k.a "black" jokes are allowed but flamebait isn't? We can't attack someone for being fat, but we can tell them they're on food stamps because they're black? I hope this site gets an overload of trolls and crashes.
