Revolu$hun is not a nickname. He wasn't referring to Ke$ha, so it isn't a nickname for her. Adding the "$" is stylizing it, nothing more.

Only admins can. There's a feature in vBulletin admin control panel that let's you see the members with referrals and who they referred.

It depends on context. If you're using it to refer to Ke$ha: no, since it would be a nickname.

But if you were to say "Smoking a dirty blunt on stage is so tra$$$hy" or something like that, I don't see a problem.

The nickname rule applies to both positive and negative nicknames. So if Tra$h referring to Ke$ha is not allowed, then neither should Revolu$hun.
