Sony just announced this at a press conference, it corresponds to previous leaks




Sony said that it's 25% lighter and takes up 20% less space. They're offering it in black and white for Japan and black for the rest of the world. Apparently it's no different than the current Slim besides the fact that it's smaller and has a new design. I already have a Slim so I won't be buying but it looks nice!

I just bought a slim in 2010, thinking it would be the final model until the PS4. With my hard earned summer money. Wtf!
