She's been making subtle changes since about... March-April. This isn't a "oh Gaga's on drugs" thing.

Doesn't mean I have to like it. And I know exactly what you're saying too, I understood it and agreed with it in the other thread. I just don't particularly like the whole imagery of it. I'm still here for her though and her music is what matters the most. I know in the end it'll all be worth it though.

I appreciate Gaga and her artistry, but I have to sort of agree with you on this.

I personally don't care if she smokes pot, but I have a feeling that if publicized enough it could become the new hermaphrodite/gay mullet.

At the end of the day, Gaga has always been an artist that gets people talking, so let's hope ARTPOP's music is just so good people will listen to it regardless of any controversy she is involved in. Like when she debuted.

all i will say is at the end of the day me liking the music off ARTPOP is 100 TIMES more important than me liking the imagery of this era

She has always said that she is, at her core, a performance artist.

I completely agree, but the imagery of the era is important also. Something that is representative of something comes across as so much more powerful.
