That's probably people/sites that resell tickets 5x the price.. they use bots and it literally takes 0.5 seconds for a program to purchase a ticket. it sucks

Are you using the Livenation or tiketmaster app? I know when i tried on my macbook it wouldnt work so i just stuck with the app and had no problem accessing the tickets.

Be careful . Maybe they didnt update the app. Dont overcharge ur credit card for no reason . I saw lots of monsters complaing about not getting a ticket 1 minute after the pre sale started .. No one is reporting that they can still find tickets..
