Rihanna has delayed the premiere of her new single.
Last week, it was claimed that the We Found Love hitmaker would debut the first cut from her seventh studio album on 17th September.
However, Benjamin Galouye - music programmer at French radio station NRJ - has now revealed that RiRi pushed back the song's first play until the end of the week.
Galouye tweeted: "We were notified that #Rihanna and her staff decided to delay her new single. It should premiere later this week."
Sia Furler - who is rumoured to have penned the track for the Bajan babe - also posted on Twitter: "Next Monday should feel pretty good."
It is thought that Rihanna's seventh studio LP - the follow-up to 2011's Talk That Talk - will hit shelves in November.
In other Rihanna news, Ke$ha has apparently teased that the 24-year old will feature on her new single Die Young, Digital Spy reports.
The singer, who premiered her new tune yesterday (17th September), uploaded an image of a woman holding up the letter 'R', which looked suspiciously like RiRi's trademark logo.
