Christina Aguilera was honored with a special award during the 2012 ALMA Awards in Pasadena, California Sunday.
Gracing the stage, "The Voice" judge thanked NCLR for recognizing her as a "Voice of a Generation" performer.

Taking to Twitter also, Aguilera thanked fans and expressed how happy she was to be honored.
"So honored to be here at the Alma Awards tonight with my wonderful Latino fans," said Aguilera.
Hosted by Eva Longoria and George Lopez, the 2012 NCLR ALMA Awards recognize achievement in numerous fields of entertainment.
Held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium Sunday, the awards will air in a special presentation Friday, September 21 at 9/8c on NBC.
In related news, Christina Aguilera is due to premiere a clip from her anticipated "Your Body" music video on "The Voice" Monday. The full video will follow at a later date.
"The Voice" airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. on NBC.
