Good Time is performing really well outside the US  and Pink should be entering the top 40 soon too, right?
Also you messed up Wide Awake's total, it's 2,954 not 2,945.

Apparently they don't track South Korean sales, (aren't songs like really cheap there anyway?) but Gangnam Style is charting at #21 this week, and has been charting for a month.

Apparently South Korea is only counted for the album chart. That sounds strange to me cause Gangnam Style charted on Mediatraffic the week of its debut there. 
By the way, PSY is really far from a Top 40 debut for now

Don't you know MediaTraffic? 
It's a global chart. The songs are placed according to a mix of sales and airplay points. This way you can see what's more popular across the world INCLUDING U.S.
By the way real sales are usually higher than these points
