I have a feeling we'll get tickets unless something goes terribly wrong.

Well waking up early is no problem because I'm required to study from 3:30-7 before I go to school ( ) , but I wonder what time they'll be on sale. Hopefully early in the morning!

The show was incredible. Truly she nailed it and the crowd was in the palm of her hands even through the album tracks.
I'd say it comfortably got about 90% full when all said and done. A lot of people were still turning up well into the show, clearly thinking she'd be on later. What really struck me was the range in ages of those there, literally every demographic was covered - from kids to grandparents. I was in the lower east stand and the view was great for seating and you got such a good grasp of the crowd, especially when they went mental for the hits and waved to the ballads. I'll not forget the reaction and enthusiasm to TEOG, a stadium going off to that is incredible - let alone her own vocal slayage. MTN got a great reaction too. Princess Die with the guy, the troop of fans for MTN, the Jameson shenigans...it was all ace.
My only criticism is the excessive verbal diorreha about love and freedom and acceptance, but Gaga will be Gaga
You have to hand it to her though, the consistent energy and swagger she had over the near 2 and a half hour show can only be praised and excuse some rambling. I heard people echoing that. One person was saying they must pump her up with drugs to own it for so long. The thousands of satisfied customers spilling into the streets singing her music was a sight to behold in itself. I love stadium shows.
Bravo, Gaga.

Thank you for the synopsis and the information! I'm glad you enjoyed the show and that the rest of crowd witnessed Gaga's abilities as a performer.
And yeah I'm sure she also said she was from New York like a thousand in between songs.

My thoughts exactly! I thought it was an utterly fantastic show. Even better than I expected. A very different story from the Madonna show in July. The mood of the crowd was brilliant throughout and afterwards, people were singing her praises. The early start definitely caught a lot of people by surprise, but I reckon it was about 90% full also. The Madonna show looked about 70% full from what I can remember.
Worth every penny. I'm so, so glad I went. Roll on the ARTPOP ball!

No problem, I know we like to hear these things! I really do think she changed a lot of people's minds tonight. As evident by the iTunes jump, I guess. You could tell it was quite the event for the area, too. Hype was in the air, costumes and merch everywhere and TMB/her music being played in surrounding pubs.
To us she repeats herself constantly, but you KNOW the casuals will still come out oblivious. My friends didn't even recognise the G.O.A.T stuff or the picture of Jo.

It was definitely a great turn out. I was a touch skeptical when the show began but it filled out. So many people were leaving before TEOG and MTN as well. Fair play she said it was over, but when do shows not have encores?!
I'm definitely looking forward to the next tour. She's getting better and better and the crowds will continue to grow as she establishes herself as a must see live act. Plus ARTPOP will hopefully be more popular.
Were you in he pit?

No, I was literally just behind the pit beside the catwalk with a head-on view of the stage. It was a great spot, considering I didn't queue up at all. I absolutely loved it. The audience adored it too and I'm 100% sure that the vast majority of them would pay to see her again. Her charisma, warmth and showmanship are second to none.
Amazing, AMAZING show.

I'm okay for whenever because I'm gonna get my parents to buy them as a birthday gift. I kind of just want to get it over with so I don't worry. They'll probably go on sale late October/early November.
And I'm thinking $150 or am I underestimating? What has been the average price everywhere else?

In my country, the GA has 2 prices. The cheaper one doesn't have Monster Pit access costs $107 USD, and the one that you can get into the monster pit arriving early at the venue is $269 . But of couse the tickets in South America are extremely expensive, so that's why I can't figure out how much will be the American tickets.
But $150 would be ****ing great .

Ughhh, I didn't know there was a separate GA price. I thought it was all one price and monster pit access was first come first served.
Are you saving so you can go to a US show too?

Yes, my family is from Washington DC, so I have the chance to go. The only thing that I have to do now is save money .
And I am attending to the Argentinian show too.

So how many people do you think attended last night's show, because I need to update the OP?
Is there any review that tells us the number of people that attended?
