Sometimes it takes forever for me to scroll down whenever someone posts a particular .gif. It only happens on this site though. My internet connection is pretty fast too.

Are you using Chrome (because that happens with Chrome sometimes).
Also, you should ask this on Technical Support
to know if it's an ATRL problem.

Oh, I think you have a Flash Player problem. Does your Flash Player crash every now and then?

The latest version of Flash is crap. I went back to an older version cause it was giving me so many problems! That could be it but take it to Tech Support like stated above

Yeah that's the problem. Google has their own embedded flash player called "PepperFlash"

Type about: plugin (no spaces, I have to get around Kworb's smiley.) in your browser, and you'll see a whole bunch of flash player installed.

Disable this: C:\Users\Home\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Applicat ion\21.0.1180.89\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll


And Keep C:\Users\Home\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Applicat ion\21.0.1180.89\gcswf32.dll
enabled.

Oh GOD Firefox 3.6.xx is the most STABLE firefox version there is. Probably 90% of the apps that were in the 3.6 build are very unstable in the newer versions. I'm not sure exactly what the deal is.. I'll read about it later.
