How tho?? She seemed very grounded. And her level of popularity isn't that high. I can understand Lindsay having these kind of issues but Amanda? Anyway hope she gets through it.

Amanda is rumored to have gone through physical abuse from a Nick executive back in the day.

Not to mention Britney seemed very grounded, if anything a little bit like an airhead and she lost it.

From what? Certainly not fame. She isn't popular and the Paparazzo don't chase her around like they do with other celebs. Something must be going on with her family or household that causes her to act this way. Or she just heavily medicated? Maybe.

It does sound like she simply has a mental illness. I was always under the impression that she had a solid family though so I'm surprised her parents haven't done something.

This is so sad to see I looked up to her so much when I was a kid, and it's so hard to see her struggle. After the third hit and run, I knew it had to be a mental issue.
