I had a dream that I was dying.. & my last thoughts as I was dying wasn't "I love my Mom" or anything to do with my close friends & family.. It was "But I still haven't got to meet Beyoncé!!" ..

No she doesnt NEED to re-hire Matthew. A new (experienced) manager yeah but not Matt. I think that chapter us closed. She's grown n learnt alot from the last era. Intrust that her team wont make the same stupid mistakes

Bey needs a manager. Not Matthew, but A manager. Hopefully with the mistakes she learned from 4, and a new and very experienced manager, they can make some promotional magic with her next eras. She also needs to fire Melina because whenever she is accused of "stealing" Melina is 98% of the time the creative director/choreographer. She needs to also hire someone to help Frank Gaston cause he is not keeping it fresh. These small things could go a long way.

She is not getting a manager, she's her own manager and that won't never change. It's like nobody wants to give Bey a second chance, like she made mistakes during 4 and she learned from that. Give her a second chance, it's like nobody believes in her.

I believe in Beyoncé but let's be realistic. She works way more than the average singer and you want her to be her own manager on top of that? How is she going to rehearse for countless hours, record songs, perfect her acting shops, learn scenarios, promote her mother's clothing line, promote her perfumes, work to maintain her record company, find new talents to sign, mentor theses new talents, promote her husband's artists, reps Obama, be a full time wife, follow her husband on his WW tours and trips, be a full time mother for Blue meaning taking care of her almost every day and then also endorse all the complexity of managing a career like hers. She is not superhuman, she can't do it all.

 I agree with this.

I understand her not wanting to fire her father and then hire someone else right after; it probably hurt her finding out what he did and letting go of him after he was such a pillar for so long in her career.

And managing herself was probably her way of trying to stay neutral between her father and husband -- hiring RocNation management after firing her Father at that time would have probably felt to her like picking Jay over her father. And we know how much she loves Mathew -- no matter how badly he ****ed up, I don't think anything could ever change that.

But, managing herself has not worked to her benefit. She can't handle it all -- NOBODY can handle all that. We've seen the effects too much pressure has had on other artists; I don't want her losing it or having a breakdown because that could easily happen while wearing too many hats. She works incredibly hard between her music, acting, endorsements, performing, charity etc. and now she's a mother on top of everything else -- her plate is beyond full as it is.

She needs to find herself another shark with great business acumen like her father was, sans the stealing.

Exactly. And the bold part is really important. I don't know why fans want her to kill herself at work. She has been working too much for too long, it's time she takes time to be a mother and let others help her. She needs to find a manager who will be completely loyal to her and will work hard so she just has to focus on being a singer/actress/mother/wife/CEO of her company and etc.

She chooses for it so I guess she thinks she can do it. But she doesn't do all that on her own, I mean she has a whole team behind her that does all that stuff. You don't know everything and neither do I, Bey knows everything and I guess she can be her own manager otherwise she would have never done this. She's not stupid.

Really? she has a team who does this?

"How is she going to rehearse for countless hours, record songs, perfect her acting shops, learn scenarios, promote her mother's clothing line, promote her perfumes, work to maintain her record company, find new talents to sign, mentor theses new talents, promote her husband's artists, reps Obama, be a full time wife, follow her husband on his WW tours and trips, be a full time mother for Blue meaning taking care of her almost every day".

I only list the things that Bey effectively does herself. I think you guys always think we saying she should work less make us somehow less of fans than you are. Bey is just a human being, it's not about intelligence or stupidity.
Can Bey manage a career? yes, she can, she can even be excellent at it if she didn't already have so many other things to do.

Whatever anyway, let's just let her kill herself at work just because she thinks she can do it all. All she needs are "yes" people anyway.

Parkwood is her management company. Beyonce doesn't do anything by herself she makes the first and final decision, like she's always done with Matt but it's just her team now. Beyonce was doing this when she was under MWM.
