Samsung just need to go away. Did they even event LTE? Anyhow, Apple will always remain victorious.

Based on specs, the LG Optimus 4X HD P880 and the HTC One X are the best phones on the market.

This patent **** is such a mess. I don't blame anyone but Apple though for being pressed greedy ****s. Samsung has no choice but to retaliate but I don't think anyone should be sued and I really think the Supreme Court needs to get involved in this somehow. Its all such a waste of money and energy that should be spent making the best product for the consumers.

Nortel and Freescale are like the bottom of the barrel, while Samsung holds the most. NOt that it would really matter much though

These companies set up licensing agreements that allows the usage of certain technologies. Since carriers are Samsung's only outlet to sell their phones, it's possible a licensing agreement was set up to allow them to use LTE in exchange for promoting Samsung's devices, or a cut of revenue, etc.


And good for Samsung Someone needs to knock Apple down a peg. I don't know how likely they are to win with this though.
