'Clocks' by Coldplay is the only reasonable answer out of these, on a global scale.

Obviously Umbrella. Perfect blend of the early urban sound of the decade and the pop sound that dominated later.
It also has the catchiest hook

Seven Nation Army is the only stadium anthem of the decade. The others arent played in stadiums, arenas, college bands, ect. I voted for Seven Nation Army.
