There is actually no way possible you can compare the two...they are probably the most contrasted albums you could've thought of!
But I'd say "Born This Way" because the songs convey strong messages and encourages FREEDOM, CONFIDENCE, EMBRACING ANYONE AND EVERYONE no matter gender, sexuality or race! It's just full of promoting positive changes in society! It offers a lot more than "21".
whereas "21" is jsut full of relationship related songs...it's been done 1000 times before! Don't get me wrong, I like Adele, but "Born This Way" brings a lot more to the world!
