She hasn't had the idea planned for 2 years. I'm guessing plan B is her head and plan A is her back. I'm not sure what it is but if it was between her head and her back it'd make sense why she shaved the back of her head. Her head would also make sense for the bodypart tikimiss wouldn't like.

If Gaga really wants to keep shaving something she should stick to shaving her privates and leave the rest of her body alone.
