It's the new UK single, as decided by her UK team. Possible other countries will follow very soon. It is getting a lyric video.

The Boys is the next urban single. Will follow Beez In The Trap (IAYL has got a video but not sent to radio).
Va Va Voom will follow Pound The Alarm as next pop single.

For me, the pop singles:
Starships > Whip It > PTA > VVV
I think Whip It is the only song capable of out-performing SS, but maybe VVV could in the US.
